Privacy Policy

Logsplit adheres to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and 2003.

Personal information will not be passed on to any third party. Logsplit shall treat all business communications between the company and the client as strictly private.

Returns

If the customer is not entirely satisfied with the goods they may be returned within 7 days provided the goods are in the same condition as when delivered. Cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, this will be made within 5 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Deliveries may be cancelled prior to their being collected from our base by our courier service. Once in transit, deliveries cannot be cancelled.
