Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to anywhere in Northern Ireland.

Delivery to ROI can be accommodated however please contact us first as there will be a delivery charge

Goods will be left at address on delivery note if customer is not present and there is access to the property (ie no electric gates or other relevant information on delivery note), if not able to delivery then goods will be returned and charges will be incurred.

It is important to make sure your access is suitable for an 18 ton lorry. The driveway needs to be smooth and flat for delivery otherwise delivery will be made at kerbside.

Pallet trucks do not work on soft ground or a gravel driveway. Overhanging branches, narrow roads, rough terrain and steep inclines, as well as narrow pillars on driveway, may cause access problems.

It is also important to make sure that there is clearance for the headswing of the delivery vehicle. In the case of the 18 ton lorry and an average driveway we shall require approx 20ft of clearance including footpath.

For inaccessible deliveries with the large lorry we can use a smaller company vehicle. We can discuss this if the problem arises.

NB: These points about delivery are very important in order to avoid problems, disappointment and extra expense.
